网络是现代社会重要的沟通方式，茁苗事工将以网络为载体：

1. 传扬基督的恩典之福让活在迷茫中的人们可以明白，唯有通过基督的救恩，才能通往永恒之家，此外别无它法。
2. 宣讲上帝的话语——圣经让跟随祂的人，都遵守祂的吩咐，生命被改变，彰显祂的荣耀。
3. 进行系统的工人培育特别在资源匮乏的地区和群体中，推广和进行系统的神学训练，培育具有认证标准的事奉工人。

通过多种管道，
建立高举十架的敬拜群体

1. 本地福音事工在本地通过各种关系网络传扬福音。在家庭关系中见证福音，以好行为逐渐带领家人归主；在社会关系中活出基督门徒应有的榜样，尽力引导众人归主。在力所能及的范围内传扬福音，建立高举十架的敬拜群体。
2. 对外差传事工在共同的信仰价值观和理念的基础上，和其它事工团队合作，努力建立新的高举十架的敬拜群体。

服务社会，
见证所信

通过社区活动、弱势关怀、法律咨询、家庭咨询、心灵关顾等途径，尽力服务社会，让人可以看见我们的善行，把荣耀归给我们在天上的父。

Utilizing the Internet as a medium to proclaim the faith

Since the Internet is an important communication channel, GSM will use it to:

1. Proclaim the blessings of Christ's graceEnabling those who are lost and confused to understand that salvation can only be attained through Christ, leading to an eternal home — there is no other way.
2. Preach the Word of God — the BibleEmpowering disciples of Christ to keep His commands, transform their lives, and manifest His glory.
3. Conduct systematic trainingPromoting and providing systematic theological training, particularly in resource-scarce regions and communities, to nurture certified ministry workers.

Building cross-exalting worship communities through multiple channels

1. Local EvangelismProclaiming the gospel locally through relational networks — witnessing within the family through good works, gradually leading family members to the Lord; living out the example of Christ's disciples in society and striving to guide others to Him.
2. External Mission WorkCollaborating with other ministry teams based on shared values and philosophies to diligently establish new cross-exalting worship communities.

Serving society and bearing witness to what we believe

Striving to serve society through community activities, care for the vulnerable, legal counseling, family counseling, spiritual care and other avenues — so that people may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven.
